Even though I had a reservation and went, I ended up waiting over an hour because apparently my name was missed... After all that, when I finally got the consultation, it felt like instead of listening to the shape I wanted, they had their own standards, so that was a bit awkward. The price wasn’t bad, but I don’t think it was the direction I wanted.
