I had fat grafting to my nose a while ago. It looked really pretty after the procedure, but after some time, about a week later, it spread out, so I'm planning surgeryㅠㅠ I wish I hadn't removed the silicone and had just done fat grafting over it. I regret it. If I'd known earlier, I would have done fat grafting on top of it.
