I had under-eye fat removal at another hospital, but my under-eyes became too hollow and I even developed white-eye exposure, so I decided to get fat grafting and had a second round of fat grafting. My eyes don't close fully and because of the white-eye exposure I had fat grafting for aegyo-sal, but maybe because of the aegyo-sal, there is a slight sagging under the eyes. The under-eye hollowness improved by about 60%, but the second fat grafting didn't have a very big effect either, so I'm thinking about whether to get filler later. I didn't see a big effect for the cost, which is disappointing. The consultation and the doctor were good.
