I visited here for my first surgery and first consultation. Because of that, from making the consultation appointment to every step of the consultation itself, I was kind of clueless. Still, fortunately, the hospital seemed to have a good system, so they guided me kindly and well. When I visited, maybe I got lucky with the timing, but there weren't many people waiting. So after checking my reservation and waiting a bit, I started my first consultation with the manager, but it wasn't a particularly long consultation. They just checked the things needed before the consultation started, and then I met with the doctor right away. In my case, the doctor showed me photos of cases similar to mine and explained the overall feeling, and also gave specific explanations about the differences between implants, which was really good for someone like me who was having a first consultation. Also, the doctor's first impression was a little strong, so I was nervous at first, but he turned out to be pretty good at jokes and empathy, so I finished the consultation feeling comfortable.
