Even when I made the reservation by phone before the consultation, the place was really kind. And the staff seemed to be very meticulous. Both the manager and the director gave the consultation at a steady pace without being overly warm. They each explained the key points well without pushing unnecessary treatment. Overall, it was a place that didn't feel burdensome and was good for getting a consultation, so personally I didn't mind it.
