I had double-eyelid surgery a few years ago, and it feels like they didn't consider the overall harmony or image at all. My eyes and eyebrows are close together, but they didn't make the line thin, so I ended up looking intense, and the double eyelid also loosened. I had revision surgery somewhere else a year later.
