I had my epicanthoplasty here in 2012 and it was ruined. The buried double eyelid turned out well. They cut the inner corners a lot because my interocular distance was wide. I looked harsh, and as I got older, the white scar became more and more visible and made me look even harsher, so I eventually had the epicanthoplasty revision five years ago. The revision was done elsewhere, and of course I also spent a huge amount on scar treatment afterward, and the shape became odd, which is stressful. Of course that doctor probably isn't there anymore, but not being able to remember the name is my regret, and if I ever found them I really want to grab them by the collar and confront them. My cousin went with me for a consultation and had surgery on another day, and hers turned out well. I guess epicanthoplasty was the hidden trap.
