I don't remember the exact cost, but it was probably just over 1 million won with the winter break discount for epicanthoplasty + incision double eyelid surgery. Anyway, it was a disaster. It was my first surgery, and they made the double eyelids uneven, and because the double eyelids were uneven in the first place, the epicanthoplasty also ended up uneven. Even my mom, who didn’t know much about it, noticed right after I came back from surgery and said, “Why are the two lines different?” but I really didn’t realize they were uneven while I was going through surgery..? There was no good explanation during the consultation either; they just drew a few lines, gave me a quote, and that was it. At the time it was my first time, so I didn’t know better and was rushing because I’d seen some review photos on the app and thought I had to book quickly. I didn't have time to shop around, and a friend casually told me that an acquaintance had actually had a bad result here, but I thought, surely I won't end up botched too, and then I really did get botched. The manager was very kind though. In the end, I had one side reoperated here six months later, but that one was uneven too and turned into sausage eyes.. I thought the swelling was just going down slower because the first surgery swelling went down faster, but now, about two years later, it still looks like the one-month swelling. I had it done when I was a student, so I didn't have money for another revision, and unless you look closely it doesn't show, so even though I was stressed, I just lived with it. But now I'm looking into revision surgery, and since it was done with an incision, it feels even more hopeless. I want to go back in time.
