I had it done following my friends 10 years ago. I had a lot of eye fat and small eyes, but they did it naturally and well. Other friends ended up looking even more natural.. The inner canthoplasty didn't work out well. They asked if I had a line I wanted, and I said to do it however they wanted, but it was so natural that I should have asked for it to be made bigger.
