I didn't know there was such a thing as functional nose surgery, but since they said it could be done together, I had it done at the same time. I wanted my nose to be higher overall, and it seems like it was raised appropriately and looks cleaner, so I like it! Doing functional nose surgery together definitely makes breathing easier than before haha.
