I visited while looking for where men commonly get nose surgery. Quite a few of the people waiting there were men too, so I felt more strongly that I had looked into the right place. The coordinator and the director explained things one by one in detail, and there was no pressure. Instead, they told me to think it over enough before deciding. I liked it, so I put down a deposit.
