They tend to recommend autologous costal cartilage. That said, they don’t force it. The doctor was much kinder than I expected from the reviews. The manager also explains things well without pushing. It’s not especially warm, but the atmosphere isn’t stiff either. If you’re just visiting because of the nose line alone, this is a place I’d recommend.
