When I first consulted with the manager, they didn’t even ask me what surgery I wanted, just looked over my face and wrote down things like dorsal hump, bulbous nose, and flaring nose on a pad while evaluating my face. Those were things I was already insecure about and yes, they were basically all true, but watching them spend what felt like almost 5 minutes writing down everything to fix on my face made me feel gross. In the end they recommended a noble surgery, and even though I hadn’t said I would do it, they included it in the estimate on their own. When I later asked for the price excluding that, they only then told me. I had picked this place because it had a single-doctor system and only two surgeries a day, but the manager’s attitude and the cost were too much, so I gave up.
