The doctor, consultant, and everyone else were kind. I got a CT scan, then consulted with the manager and then the director. Because my nose is small, low, and upturned, they recommended autologous rib cartilage and said it would be better not to use the septum, because if the nose is raised, the support structure is weak and could collapse. At first I was startled because I had never heard of using my own rib cartilage, but after consulting several places I was recommended half autologous rib cartilage and half donated rib cartilage. They said I could watch the CCTV at 2x speed even without asking, and they explained all the aftercare on their own. Thinking about it now, the consultation was sincere and trustworthy. I am thinking about whether I should use my own rib cartilage, and they do sedation anesthesia when harvesting it. I am debating whether to do it here, but I do not know which is better for autologous rib cartilage, sedation anesthesia or general anesthesia.
