Throughout the consultation, I wasn't sure how kind the director really was, but the staff were kind. However, I wanted a natural nose with only the bridge raised, but the director recommended raising the bridge, lowering the columella, tip surgery, and even fat grafting to the chin.. I was scared of such a big operation, so I didn't have surgery here.
