They were kind. They also gave realistic advice. The director is a really kind and nice person. I was happy when I had surgery with this person, but stupidly after getting nose-obstruction surgery at some weird place, I've been through nothing but total hell I should have looked into it more and asked the director, and checked with an ENT doctor.
