It wasn’t that I felt like I couldn’t live without nose surgery, but when I said I wanted to improve my image through nose surgery, he said it would be hard to get to the image I want with the nose alone and that he didn’t really recommend nose surgery. Of course, aesthetically speaking, there was definitely a lot that could be done with my nose, but he said he was unsure whether I could go in the direction I was pursuing.
