I went for a consultation because this hospital is famous for noses. It’s a place that’s well known both around me and online, so I went in with high expectations, but the consultation was worse than I expected. First of all, it was my first surgery and I have a low nose bridge. At other clinics, they all talked about silicone + septum + cartilage materials, but the director brought up costal cartilage first. When I said I was a bit reluctant about costal cartilage for a first surgery, he said silicone + septum + cartilage would also be possible, but he didn’t seem confident. Because it has such a good reputation, I wondered if other places were claiming they could do things that were actually too much, so I visited five more clinics, but none of them recommended costal cartilage, so my trust dropped a bit. The listed price is based on ear cartilage, and if it’s costal cartilage, add 150,000 won on top of that.
