Even though I arrived exactly on time, and even though there was nobody there at all, I still waited over 30 minutes. As soon as I got there, I took photos and met the doctor first, but it felt less professional that he just looked inside my nose and consulted without a CT scan. Since it was a revision, I thought they would need to look inside the nose to know the condition accurately, so I wondered about that. He immediately said autologous rib cartilage, and when I asked whether donor rib cartilage was possible, he said it was. He didn't say anything shape-wise other than that the nose should be lowered a bit. He also didn't ask whether it was the nose I wanted, and suddenly started talking about other areas too. Still, it was an old clinic, and because of the doctor's career at a private hospital, it was the one I hesitated over until the end.
