I had my nose revised for the third time in 2014. I did it because the bridge looked crooked after my second surgery, but it didn’t get corrected at all and came out the same. My nose became too hard, uncomfortable, and felt tight compared to before. Recently, something in my nostril poked through, and it turned out to be Medpor.. The doctor put Medpor in without my consent, and the side effect was that it poked through, which caused inflammation and slowly led to contracture. When I went to the hospital, they only then said they had used Medpor and said they would remove it, but how could I trust the doctor who put something like that in my nose? In the end, I have to have all the implants removed and undergo reconstructive surgery to lower the contracted nose. I never thought I’d end up having nose surgery four times. There was another review saying a patient had Medpor inserted without knowing, so if you’re getting surgery here, you should know that some artificial implant you don’t even know about could be put into your nose. I’m really furious.
