I had revision nose surgery a very long time ago. It was my fourth surgery at the time, and because I had used up all the ear cartilage in the previous surgery, I used septal cartilage and silicone for the bridge. But after the surgery, the asymmetry of the nostrils got even worse, so I had an AS revision, but in the end I didn't get the result I wanted.
