I went for a consultation for revision nose surgery. The explanation of the surgical methods was very detailed, but I felt the explanation of what they would actually do with my nose was somewhat lacking. And they strongly recommended donor rib cartilage over autologous costal cartilage. I got the impression that they didn't like using autologous rib cartilage at all. It's a small private clinic with not many people, and they've been in one place for a long time, so I had a high level of trust in that part.
