The director’s consultation and the price were fine, but they pushed the deposit too hard. They said the deposit would be 100% refunded, so I left it there, but I wanted to think about it a bit more and requested a refund, then waited. Even after waiting for days, they didn’t refund it, so I think I called 3 to 4 times. Seeing how they handled the refund made me not regret canceling the reservation.
