There were a lot of staff, but everything was chaotic and it seemed inefficient. The day before, they messaged me on KakaoTalk saying that if I came earlier than my appointment time, they would take photos and prepare things early, so I went 30 minutes early, but I still had to wait a full 30 minutes, and only after I went to the front desk and said something did they do the CT and photos. I heard them asking each other whether I had been photographed or had the CT done at least four times. After waiting an hour, the director consulted with me right after finishing surgery, but the photos and CT weren’t ready, so we did the consultation looking in a mirror. The director spoke with me for 3 to 4 minutes and left, but he was kind. I only talked with the consulting manager for 20 to 30 minutes. She said she had surgery with this director 10 years ago. She kept pressing on her own nose and explained that it was soft and natural. She was very kind and didn’t pressure me at all, but the clinic had already lost my trust. If I hadn’t lost trust in the clinic, I might have trusted the consulting manager and put down a deposit.
