Even though it was a weekday, there were quite a lot of procedure patients, so the waiting time was quite long. The consultation with the director was good, but the consulting manager lacked both consultation skills and expertise in cosmetic surgery, which was disappointing. There was a little pressure to book, but not enough to feel unpleasant.
