I had mandibular surgery at Regen Plastic Surgery 3 years ago. The teeth were fixed with orthodontic appliances for about 5 months without pin fixation. I had a slightly prognathic jaw, so I was considering double-jaw surgery, but the doctor suggested mandibular surgery, and I’m still very satisfied now.
