The director was kind. I think I was recommended silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage. Was it mainly septal cartilage? I thought from the review photos here that they would give a natural look, but it was a little higher than the silicone height recommended at another plastic surgery clinic. It seems like they make it look a bit more glamorous.
