I don't remember the surgery cost, so I wrote it in arbitrarily; please use it only as a reference. I went for a consultation because the director is famous for noses, and he was very kind and answered all my questions. It felt like he immediately picked up on what part I was worried about even without me saying it. Still, I think I need to think about the surgery a little more.
