I went 10 minutes before my appointment time, but there was no one at the front desk, so I waited 20 minutes, then I called the hospital myself to get someone and finally checked in. On top of that, the director was in surgery, and there were already two other customers ahead of me, so I waited until 5:40 p.m. and then left because I thought I’d miss my train. Because of this, I had to stay one extra day in Seoul, and I just wasted 100,000 won.
