I had an endoscopic forehead lift + facelift + neck lift, in other words a full lifting surgery. I received consultations from many hospitals, and because this was a revision facelift, I worried a lot. The doctor was a bit older, but I thought he was better than very young doctors with less experience. Also, he had a lot of facelift experience, and because he is famous for making large incisions but really pulling things tight, the cost was on the expensive side compared with other hospitals, but I decided to go ahead with the surgery. Compared with other hospitals, the incision was made much longer than in my first facelift, but I clearly wanted a strong V-line jaw, so I requested that. It was done under sleep anesthesia, and I was told the surgery time was quite long. I stayed in the hospital for one day and had a urinary catheter. The director came by repeatedly late into the night to check on me. The next day I was discharged with the bandages on, came back on the 7th day, and then again on the 2nd week, and that finished it. I was reasonably satisfied with my first facelift too, but after a few years it started sagging a lot again, so this was a revision surgery. I asked the director many times to pull as much as possible, and had the surgery, so I’m really expecting the result, but since my face still hasn’t settled 100%, I have to wait 3 to 6 months for my real face to come out, so I’m waiting. I’ll post a follow-up review later. I think the evaluation should be done then for accuracy.
