When I visited for the consultation, there were Chinese customers too.. There were quite a lot of people in the hospital lobby. My first concern was whether the doctor, by himself, was doing the surgeries and the consultations and whether he was too busy. I had seen so much through YouTube that, as someone said, I ended up forming a really strong rapport all by myself and felt very familiar. I was able to get the consultation without much waiting, right on time for my appointment, and even though he was busy, he was kind and explained things in detail. When I look at the post-surgery photos on YouTube, it seems like everyone turned out pretty well, but I was worried that the director might be too busy and what if he is busy during my surgery.
