I went for a consultation after watching a YouTube video because the impression was good and the mindset seemed good too. The manager is good at building rapport and doesn't have that domineering feel, so it's comfortable. The director seemed busy. I felt almost sorry to ask questions about cosmetic surgery. It seemed like they don't have much experience with nose surgery, so I didn't get surgery here. They seemed to value natural results.
