A lot of the reviews said they were kind, and the surgery reviews were good too, so I went there for a consultation, but I’m not sure the director was kind. The consultation with the director was rather stiff, and I asked questions but the answers felt a little careless, so I didn’t feel good either. The staff were generally kind, but the director was not great.
