I had fat grafting done several years ago. They said there would be a second round, and they took it from my thighs. It was under sedation, but not the kind where you are fully asleep; it was more like a hazy, dreamlike state. I remember the sensation of the fat being taken out of my thighs very clearly. And I’m on the slim side, so they said there wasn’t much fat in my thighs and used all the harvested fat in the first round. Second round? There isn’t one. They said there wasn’t enough fat left to take. At other places, if the thighs aren’t enough, they take it from the abdomen, but they don’t do that here. They said it has to be the thighs no matter what. So I only did the first round, and it was gone very quickly. I suffered for nothing and it was a waste of money.
