The manager was extremely kind. The specialist things were explained by the doctor, and I was glad that the doctor explained everything kindly. For the eye correction too, since I have a slight eye closure problem when sleeping from a previous surgery, I was relieved that they said they couldn't do much correction and only needed to do it at a basic level.
