The consultation manager was really kind. She gave off a Bae Doona vibe. In other places, the managers seem heavy and scary, but here they're really warm. Even during the consultation, the director carefully and for a long time adjusted the line, and when I had surgery, they really took care of everything. It didn't feel like a factory at all. This is the most satisfying place I've been to so far.
