I'm a man who had double-eyelid surgery last year. Right before surgery, I begged the doctor to please make it so the double-eyelid line wouldn't be visible, and after hearing the doctor say, "We don't make a man's double-eyelid line too prominent," I went ahead with the surgery, but even after six months the double eyelids were still set as big as a woman's eyes. After consulting another hospital, I learned the double-eyelid line had been designed at 9 mm. They say 9 mm is actually a higher line than what women usually get. It seems the doctor made it high to prepare for my skin sagging decades later. Thanks to the doctor, every day after the surgery was truly happy.
