This was my first double-eyelid consultation, so I was really nervous. At first I talked with the manager. She asked what I was worried about regarding my eyes and whether I had a line I wanted. I showed her eye photos of Lee Sung-kyung, and she said because I have sunken eyes and an epicanthal fold, if I only did double eyelid surgery, the line would get buried in the flesh, and that I would need an epicanthoplasty to make it show. But she said I could do the epicanthoplasty later too, so I probably didn't need to do it now. But at G.N.S.R. they said my eyes needed ptosis correction too (I thought so as well). Here they said it was simply buried under the flesh, so I didn't really need it. But then they also said that I would be getting ptosis correction along with the double-eyelid surgery, so I don't know what's right Anyway, I talked with the manager for about 40 to 45 minutes. I asked about aftercare, anesthesia methods, prices, and everything else I was curious about, and she answered kindly. She said that if the line doesn't come out well later, or if it loosens, they would do revision surgery again. Next I talked with the director, and because someone in the consultation reviews said the director and the manager had said different things, I asked again about the line and ptosis correction. The director said she had told the manager to explain it that way while she was in surgery, so I felt a bit relieved. But the director also said that ptosis correction probably wouldn't be necessary. Anyway, everything else was explained very kindly, right in front of me, by the director herself 1. But when both the manager and the director said things like they absolutely wouldn't leave a scar, and that they don't tie muscles but align the structure, I kind of just let it go in one ear and out the other, so that was fine. 2. Someone said the facilities weren't very good, but somehow it felt like a family home, and I actually felt less nervous than at a flashy place. Also, the director/consultation manager seemed to be a bit older, and maybe because of that, it was comfortable to ask questions and have the consultation. So I'm planning to set a date around January and do incisional in-line plus ptosis correction. I made my reservation late, so I could only consult at two places, but definitely go to at least three!!
