But I’m not satisfied with the shape of my nose after surgery, so I’m thinking about revision surgery. The doctor’s preferred style is very conservative surgery and, accordingly, very natural results. That is great for people who want a natural shape, but for someone like me whose nose is almost nonexistent, it’s a curse. Friends who have known me since before the surgery would never know I had surgery unless I told them. I’ve never once heard, "Did you get surgery?" in my life. It’s that natural.. In the end, I’m looking into revision not because of side effects, but because I’m unhappy with the shape of my nose. But I do recommend it strongly to people who want natural results without side effects.. Oh right, and it wasn’t general anesthesia, it was local anesthesia, so if you’re afraid of surgery, I wouldn’t recommend it. But I personally know that sleep anesthesia is really, really, really bad for the body, and because it’s a one-doctor clinic, though it probably wouldn’t happen anyway, it was great being able to see with my own eyes that the surgeon himself performed the operation, so I had zero worries about a shadow doctor or pay doctor. Personally, I wish Seoul clinics wouldn’t use sleep anesthesia for noses either, but I guess there must be a reason. Anyway, it didn’t hurt at all even without sleep anesthesia.
