For noses, I think the most important thing is that the director and my aesthetic taste match well, and it felt like he understood exactly the look I wanted, so I had the surgery. On the day of surgery it hurt a lot, but I recovered well, and now about 2 years have passed and the shape is still well maintained with no side effects.
