I went in for a consultation about lower eyelid repositioning last month, and first of all, they were extremely blunt, and as soon as I walked in they used a very mechanical tone, and while showing me photos on the computer they explained one thing after another like a robot with a manual. But they kept explaining only the same standardized content, as if they had just memorized it (I think that may be because they consult with so many people), and hardly listened to the patient at all. So even when I had something I wanted to ask, I missed the timing to ask, and when I tried to ask later, they said that for me they would recommend this and that surgery, and that they had said everything they needed to say, so I should talk to the manager. They said they were short on time and had other patients waiting, so they had to go. Of course, if they only did the surgery well, it wouldn't matter, but I had a lot of doubts about whether I could really trust them, and in the end I hesitated, canceled, and couldn't even get my deposit refunded. There weren't enough reviews either, so I was really worried
