The director was actually much gentler in person than when speaking on YouTube. He was firm and direct when explaining things, but he felt like a very honest person with no lies or pretense. Honestly, I had gone in determined to ask about surgery on several areas across both my face and body, but for some areas he explained that due to these and those reasons there were limits and it wouldn’t be effective even if I did it, or that some areas were okay as they were. He didn’t recommend any additional areas at all, and instead showed me various photos of the maximum result possible under my circumstances while diagnosing me very sincerely. He even explained ways to manage my weight effectively instead of liposuction. The head counselor was also very kind, and only gave me the quote for exactly the parts the director mentioned. Usually when you visit a plastic surgery clinic, you expect a hurried doctor and a consultation constrained by tight time, and you expect the counselor to suggest this and that, but all those fixed assumptions were completely shattered. I went in the evening, and there were about two people ahead of me and two behind me. I didn’t time it, but the consultation with the director felt like it lasted 30 minutes, and it was so well-packed and thorough that nothing felt missing. The overall feeling from the director, the head counselor, the front desk staff, and the hospital itself was not artificial at all, and it was really comfortable and straightforward.
