I had watched a lot of YouTube videos before going, so Dr. Seo didn’t feel unfamiliar to me, and he used some rather technical terms that I didn’t fully understand, but he seemed principled and skilled, so I somehow felt I could trust him. On the day of my consultation, I saw a patient who had just finished surgery, and even from the outside they looked stable, which reassured me.
