I went in with a same-day consultation booking, but they said the director was in surgery so I couldn't see the director and only met with the consultation manager before leaving. The hospital facilities were really nice, and the consultation manager and staff were all kind. I do wish they had let me know in advance, even before I went in for the consultation, that the director had surgery scheduled. It felt like a waste of time.. They suggested booking a second consultation, but I just left without doing it..
