Maybe because there is only one director, they explained things in a very detailed way and told me a lot. But while they seemed very confident in their own skill, they didn’t really explain which surgery method the patient actually needed, and it felt like they were not the type to listen to the patient’s questions until the end. After talking with the director, when I spoke with the coordinator, they said the line the director had drawn would loosen quickly, so I felt a little confused at the end.
