The director was cheerful and very confident. However, the old hospital and facilities, plus the part where they showed reviews that were obviously heavily photoshopped and explained that this is how it changed, felt off-putting. And the recommended triple canthoplasty felt like something that most people get as a set. Also, I think the 3D virtual surgery is better not to do. The result also came out completely unnatural and weird, which actually made me not want to do it.
