I went in for a nose surgery consultation, and the staff were kind, and the director was kind too. In particular, unlike other clinics, I liked that the director consulted me first instead of the coordinator. There was no pushing of other procedures, and he listened carefully from the reason I wanted rhinoplasty, then explained various things with expertise, which increased my trust. I could also view the CCTV live, and hearing that it could be reviewed within a month increased my trust even more.
