I went there because it was famous on Babitalk, and the director’s consultation was quite thorough. They explained very well why the shape I wanted was not recommended, with comparisons, and it was easy to understand and helpful. The manager, though, felt like they had no energy at all, maybe because they were tired or something.. They seemed unmotivated, and since I was in a position where I had to carefully decide whether to go ahead with surgery or not, that felt a bit off. But there was no pressure, so that part was good.
