It was better to consult with the director first. I liked that I heard the professional explanation first, and then the manager only explained the cost and additional details. It was clear, which I liked, and it would be better to study up beforehand before the consultation. Also, the director seemed to listen carefully to what I wanted in a calm, gentle way, so I felt reassured. After consulting with a doctor at another hospital who didn’t communicate well, I didn’t feel confident even if the reviews were good and the place was famous Anyway, I’m not sure whether I’ll end up having the surgery, but if I do, I’ll leave a review! The hospital has a very quiet and calm atmosphere.
