I went for a consultation to remove my nose implant and ended up being recommended paranasal augmentation, something I hadn’t even thought about. I’m in my early 20s and don’t even have nasolabial folds yet, but after feeling my cheeks, they said I was likely to get nasolabial folds and should do it in advance. It seemed like the director’s specialty was paranasal augmentation. I barely got any consultation about removing the nose implant.
